We enjoyed our stay very much - cozy and clean and having 3 bathrooms was a bonus! Would absolutely stay again.

Dean’s place was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The location is a short drive to ski hills, cross country skiing, grocery (Freshco & Metro), and Tesla superchargers. The place was very quiet and entrance to unit was easily done with the code entry. Only issue was that the dishwasher did not work very well. Other than that, Dean was very responsive with responses and was very friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend staying at Dean’s 39A unit.

the place was amazing! we booked it as a group of 4 that had plans to go to Blue Mountain for skiing. The place was very conveniently located only a 10 minute drive away from blue mountain, but also 10 minutes away from Collingwood! Dean had great station to detail with various face and hand towels, make up removers, and other small useful items! Dean was also very helpful and friendly when messaging any questions regarding the place. Will definitely be back for any future ski trips to blue mountain!

We loved the place. Large rooms, large kitchen and large living room with fireplace. Board games are available. You can find all kitchen stuffs to cook. Nice wine glasses. Bathrooms have all stuffs that you may need, such as tooth paste,tooth brush, make up remover, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, etc.We're Looking forward to coming back soon.

We had a lovely stay at Dean’s place. It was very clean and smelled great. Even though his place is pet friendly, you would never know. This place was also the perfect location between Collingwood downtown and Blue Mountain/Scandinave Spa. Dean’s communication was also great. His instructions were clear and informative. We would happily stay here again next time we’re up in Collingwood area. Highly recommend. Thank you Dean!

Four Peaks was the best appointed Airbnb I've ever stayed in. It was very clean for a place that allows pets. There was no evidence that anyone else had been there with another pet! It had wonderful amenities. Dean was super responaive and helpful before, during and after our stay.

Deans place was conveniently located between Blue Mountain Village and the town of Collingwood. Nice trail close by to walk. The condo was clean and comfortable and has everything we needed. As an added touch he left fresh, local coffee beans to make coffee. I’d definitely go back and stay here again.

Deans place was exactly as pictured. Location is great and close to nearby attractions. Host is very responsive. We did have an issue with pet hair remaining on the couches and floor when we checked in, which was also mentioned in a recent review. I messaged Dean and he promptly offered a cleaner to come the same day. Only wish it was cleaned better before we arrived.

The location, and ease of access to slopes and town are a big plus. It's in a quiet nook just outside of town and has lots of trees around. The layout of the apartment is small, compact and efficient. There are three bathrooms.While the living room furniture and some fixtures are a bit dated, we found that Pony Trail apartment met our needs and provided good value for the three of us. We enjoyed using the bbq, and having lattes (machine included) on the ground floor patio. The second floor master bedroom also has an ensuite and a cute balcony to enjoy.

Dean's place was conveniently located, well-equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the balcony off the master bedroom was a lovely bonus as was being spoiled with 3 bathrooms! Communication was quick and clear. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and place. Dean was also very responsive. The only complaint we had would be the cleanliness of the place. Our group came to find the bathroom still had leftover beard trimmings from the previous guests. The kitchen table, fridge handles and floor were sticky to touch and the majority of eating and cooking utensils had old food stains on them requiring us to wash everything prior to use. Furthermore, we found at least 5 furniture staples that were hidden in the main floor rug by stepping on them accidentally which could be a risk for children and pets. There was a ton of white fur left on the beddings, floors and chairs as a heads up for those with allergies. Other than the cleanliness issues, we would rebook again.

This was a great, peaceful and cozy townhouse. Such a great location, with lots of things to do in the area. Very close to parks, beaches, shopping and Blue Mountain. Dog friendly with treats for them! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We had an incredible time at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how beautiful the place was and the excellent ambiance – it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The house was thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, and we really appreciated how clean and tidy everything was. Our host Dean was exceptional; they were very responsive and provided clear instructions for everything, which made our arrival and stay so smooth with dedicated parking right in front of the house. We would happily stay here again!

The neighborhood was peaceful and close to all amenities and just driving distance to beaches and blue mountains resort. My family and I felt right at home with a touch of that vacation vibes especially being pet friendly which was very important for us. Dean was very responsive within minutes of texting him if needed. We loved our stay here - It was incredibly clean with really great attention to detail making our stay really warm and inviting. We loved spending time around the fireplace after a day out on the slopes. The host was very responsive when we reached out. The location of this listing was close to Blue Mountain and minutes away from grocery stores - my family and I felt very safe at this location. Will definitely be looking for this listing again when we take another road trip out to Blue Mountain.

We had a lovely stay at Dean's place! The location was very convenient, close to skiing as well as to downtown Collingwood. The Airbnb was cozy and clean! Our only issue was that we were not given more than one dishwasher tab, despite asking, and our group of 6 stayed two nights, so we had to do a lot of dishes by hand before leaving (check out instructions were explicit about leaving dishes clean). Otherwise, this was a great stay!

Nice enough accommodation. Property was a bit smaller than expected but we weren’t there very long. Before departing we set out to tidy up and vacuum. The vacuum was filled with long hair and dirt and furniture had not been moved to clean under for a very long time including the kitchen table, couch and beds. I reached out to Dean to give him an opportunity to at least apologize but unfortunately did not receive a response. Apparently he’s not too concerned about charging a $75 cleaning fee and guests arriving to a dirty home. Very disappointing.

Was a great spot for a long weekend in Collingwood/Blue mountain. Place was exactly as the pictured and described. Was clean and stocked with all the basics needed for our stay.

We were very happy with our stay at Dean's rental unit and would recommend staying here. Location was right between the Blue Mountain Village and downtown Collingwood, both of which we visited so it was great being less than a 10 minute drive from each. We were easily able to navigate Dean's instructions to reach and enter the unit, with a designated parking spot for the unit just a few yards away, also had a spot right in front to drop off our luggage. The townhouse-type unit was nicely appointed just like the photos, with comfortable beds and pretty much everything we needed during our stay. Wifi worked well, TVs had Netflix and quite a few other options which was nice to unwind after a long day of doing activities nearby. Nice little terrace (upstairs) and patio (out front) with tables and chairs to eat breakfast on a summer morning. Peaceful area away from the noise, and great having the option to cook, eat and unwind at the unit - and better than staying in a cramped hotel.

The place was immaculate when we arrived and easy to get in. We definitely enjoyed our time in the area and the accommodation was exactly as described and pictured.

This condo exceeded our expectations. To name a few: close attention to detail and cleanliness, high end linens and towels, comfortable and cozy, all of our needs were met, really enjoyed the 2.5 bathrooms in this 2 bedroom condo, covered decks were a nice feature for morning coffee and reading, owner was accessible for a special request, area was relaxing, friendly and quiet, barbeque was clean and efficient, etc. We will definitely stay there again as there are several other attached units where our other family members can stay. Arrived home content with our vacation!!

The space was cozy and clean and the decor was totally suitable for the area . Two fantastic bathrooms , one on the main floor and one upstairs attached to the master bedroom . The space has been updated beautifully for the most part except For the kitchen which is definitely spacious and workable, just missing a few essentials if you love to cook while travelling . I was very appreciative that I could bring my dog with me and there were even treats provided :))) The space was Close to town and a golf course next door was in the works of being opened . Overall a pleasant experience !

Great location if you are looking for a quiet place after a day on the slopes or at the spa. We had a fun girls weekend and were able to enjoy dinner in the space and a relaxing time after a day at Scandinave.

Our group had an amazing time at this spot! The house is super cozy, well-organized, and conveniently located near all the attractions in the Blue Mountains. Although we stumbled upon some unclean towels in the first-floor bathroom and bed sheet was not well organized, the host was quick to respond and sorted everything out. The fast response and thoughtful compensation made our stay truly enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We stayed here as guests of 2 and our dog. The place was very clean and extremely cozy. Located in a peaceful and quiet area. Check-in and check-out instructions were thorough and easy to follow. I would recommend others to stay here as it is close to Blue Mountain with many activities to do around the area. Lots of restaurants that are within driving distance as well.
